Terms and Conditions of the Komyt Launch Offer

1. Organizer
The offer is provided by KOMYT GmbH (KOMYT Sàrl), a limited liability company under Swiss law with a share capital of CHF 20,000, headquartered at Strehlgasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland, IDE CHE-185.635.578 (hereinafter "Komyt").

2. Purpose
For its launch, Komyt is offering two benefits, described in Articles 4 and 5:

• 10% off the first order for those on the waitlist;
• a free Komyt glass bottle for the first 1,000 orders.

3. Territory
The offer applies to orders placed on komytenergy.com and delivered in France and Switzerland, within the delivery areas offered on the website.

4. 10% off the first order (waitlist)

• Beneficiaries: adults who have signed up for the waitlist on komytenergy.com before the start of sales, planned for early 2027.
• Benefit: 10% off the full price of products in the first order, excluding shipping costs.
• Terms: a personal, single-use code is sent to the registration email address when sales open. It remains valid for 30 days from the date it is sent.
• Each person is entitled to only one code (same name, email address, or delivery address). The code cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash.
• A person who unsubscribes before the code is sent will not receive it.

5. Free Komyt glass bottle (first 1,000 orders)

• Beneficiaries: the customers who place the first 1,000 confirmed orders (payment accepted) for at least 14 sachets on komytenergy.com, starting from the launch of sales, whether or not they are on the waitlist.
• Benefit: a Komyt borosilicate glass bottle, automatically added to the package.
• Limits: 1,000 bottles in total, one per person (same name, email address, delivery address, or payment method), on the first order only, subject to availability.
• An order's rank is determined by the timestamp of its confirmation in Komyt's ordering system. An order canceled before shipping is not counted, and its bottle is returned to the pool.
• If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal for the entire order, they must return the bottle with the products.
• The image of the bottle is not contractually binding. The offer ends as soon as stocks are depleted, and the website will indicate this.

6. Combination
An order can only receive one promotional code. The free bottle is not a code: it is added to the discount used, whatever it may be.

7. Duration
The offer begins when sales open, planned for early 2027. The benefit under Article 4 ends 30 days after the code is sent, and the benefit under Article 5 ends when stocks are depleted.

8. Fraud and modification
Komyt may refuse the benefit in the event of fraud or attempts to circumvent the limits (multiple registrations, fictitious addresses, etc.). Komyt may modify or terminate the offer in the event of force majeure. Benefits already acquired remain due.

9. Orders
Orders are governed by Komyt's General Terms and Conditions of Sale, published when sales open.
High caffeine content (80 mg per sachet). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
